Latin GRAMMY® Award-winning and 4x GRAMMY®-nominated global superstar Rauw Alejandro continues his forward momentum with today’s release of his Afro-Carribbean-inspired, tension-filled new single and video “Buenos Términos” from his eagerly-awaited forthcoming album.
In “Buenos Términos,” Rauw sings of a sultry, stormy and impossible-to-quit relationship who fight until they reach “good terms.” Featuring stylistic references to Afro-Carribbean culture, the broodingly cinematic video directed by Martin Seipel and El Zorro captures this vibe as it opens with Rauw atop a house in the midst of a storm and cuts between scenes of Rauw and a lover and various dance sequences highlighting Rauw’s overall performance prowess as a vocalist, actor and dancer.
Rauw first previewed the track for fans on Sunday with a 0:37 snippet in his newly created WhatsApp Channel where he cheekily called the song “a little toxic.” Fans can join his channel HERE.

Rauw began to usher in his next chapter in April with the neo-bomba smash “Carita Linda” that pays homage to his Puerto Rican heritage and ancestors. The first single to be released from his next project, the song earned him his 12th No. 1 as it topped both the Latin Airplay and Latin Pop Airplay charts. The highly-anticipated album will be a follow-up to Cosa Nuestra, which debuted at #1 on the Latin Albums chart, #6 on the Billboard 200, and made history as the first Latin album to chart 15 tracks in the Spotify Global Top 200.
Hailed “Latin music’s greatest showman” by Rolling Stone, the reach of Rauw’s global starpower is undeniable as fans across the world packed arenas dressed perfectly on theme in pinstripe suits and glamorous gowns while attending the completely sold-out United States, Puerto Rico and European legs of his critically-acclaimed Cosa Nuestra World Tour. With dozens of glowing live reviews from Billboard, Rolling Stone, Clash, El Mundo and more, excitement for the Latin American leg of the one-of-a-kind tour is at an all-time high. Tickets are available at Livenation.com for the final leg, which kicks off Monday, October 13, with three nights in Santiago at the Movistar Arena followed by cities such as Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, Bogota, Monterrey, Mexico City, and Guadalajara.
