Salsa icon Víctor Manuelle is ushering in the holiday season with the release of his third Christmas album, La Parranda es Mía, a vibrant EP that celebrates Puerto Rican traditions, family gatherings, and the unmistakable joy of la Navidad Boricua. The six-track project will be available on all digital platforms starting Thursday, November 6.
“With La Parranda es Mía, I want to invite everyone to enjoy Christmas in our Boricua style celebrating our traditions, our music, and our happiness,” said Víctor Manuelle. “This album is a tribute to the essence of Puerto Rico during the season we love the most and if it were up to us, we’d celebrate it all year long.”
The project’s lead single, “PR en Navidad,” has already won the hearts of fans, blending the familiar sounds of traditional Puerto Rican holiday music with lyrics full of warmth, nostalgia, and togetherness. Written and produced by Víctor Manuelle himself, the track captures the festive soul of Puerto Rico, inviting listeners everywhere to reconnect with the joy of family, culture, and tradition.
“I wanted to pay tribute to our roots and convey the joy of Christmas in Puerto Rico with the first song we released. PR en Navidad is a musical embrace for everyone who celebrates our culture and traditions,” the Isabela-born artist shared.
On La Parranda es Mía, Víctor Manuelle fuses bomba, plena, and aguinaldo rhythms, achieving the perfect mix of nostalgia and celebration that defines Puerto Rican Christmas. The EP was produced by Víctor Manuelle, who personally oversaw every detail to ensure each song radiated the warmth, rhythm, and festive cheer of the island’s most beloved season.
