Three years after his last album, Colombian singer-songwriter and Latin GRAMMY® winner Sebastián Yatra presents his fourth studio album,“Milagro,” an intimate and deeply human work that marks a new stage in his career. This project transports the listener to a heavenly experience, where Yatra displays his great musical versatility through timeless sounds in modern settings. The emotional journey touches on themes of love, healing and inner connection, revealing a more mature, introspective and spiritually connected artist. “Milagro” is available now on all digital platforms.

The album’s title, “Milagro,” stems from a personal reflection by Yatra inspired by a phrase he read in a book, that a miracle can be as simple as a change in perspective. “Ever since then I knew I wanted to write an album that talked about that kind of thing. How a simple change of perspective can be a miracle,” says Yatra. Thus, the artist invites the listener to rediscover the beauty in the everyday, those moments that, although they may seem insignificant, can reveal something heavenly if looked at from another angle.

Comprised of 17 songs – 9 of them completely new – “Milagro”represents a return to Yatra’s deepest and most romantic roots. Each song functions as a “miracle” or emotional chapter, where the artist explores themes such as love, loss, inner search and the moments that change us. With a unique sensibility, Yatra moves away from the fleeting and bets on the essential, that which really connects with emotions.

“This album came out of a profound personal transformation. I learned to see life through the lens of love, with calm, with faith, and with the desire to be part of the miracle of others as well. It is a more generous, more open way of living, which is reflected in every song. My greatest wish is for this album to be a sanctuary, a space where people can reconnect with something deeper within themselves,” commented Yatra.

Each of these miracles also comes to life through carefully curated visuals, which expand the album’s narrative from an audiovisual language. These videos function as emotional extensions of the songs, showing the different ways in which miracles can manifest themselves, sometimes in the everyday, in simple gestures or moments that, without being extraordinary, transform something within us.

Before delving into each “miracle,” it is worthwhile to dwell on the visual universe that accompanies the album. The videos portray a community of people capable of finding the extraordinary in the everyday, beings with a special sensitivity that reappear in different stories, connected to each other, representing their connection with the transformative. Sebastian comes into contact with this community for the first time in the video of “Milagro,” as a spectator. Over time, he becomes integrated, sharing moments with them that reflect his own process of healing and rediscovery, in tune with the musical narrative of the album, which also begins with “Milagro,” a piece that represents music as a transforming force, that instant in which what seemed lost finds a new form of existence through art.

From then on, each song reveals a new emotional “miracle”. It is followed by “Lienzo,” together with Robi, which embodies the miracle of imagination, the ability to project what does not yet exist, but feels intensely real. Then comes “La Pelirroja,” a direct piece that addresses the miracle of communication, when what is not said weighs as much as what is felt. In his video, Sebastian performs the song using sign language, underscoring that the connection goes beyond spoken words. Later, “Vagabundo,” already known to the public and in collaboration with Manuel Turizo and Beéle, symbolizes the miracle of dance, that moment when the body is liberated through rhythm. The fifth miracle is manifested in “Disco Rayado,” a pop-rock influenced track that represents the miracle of unburdening, that liberation that one feels when being able to shout out what one carries inside and how deeply healing it can be to transform pain into art.

Throughout the album, Yatra also shares moments of introspection with other artists that enrich the emotional narrative of the project. In “Templo de Piceas,” he joins Humbe to explore emotional fragility; in “París,” he collaborates with Gus in a track loaded with sensitivity. The journey culminates with one of the most special moments of his career with “Óleo de mujer con sombrero,” a rendition of the Silvio Rodríguez classic that he sings with his father. This symbolic closing celebrates the miracle of family, the bond between generations and reaffirms the power of music as a language that unites, consoles and transcends. “Milagro” is not simply an album, it is an invitation to stop, breathe and reconnect with what really matters.

The release comes in the midst of an extraordinary start to the year for Yatra. After his historic performance in Viña del Mar, where he was awarded the Silver and Gold Seagull, the artist has reinforced his momentum with the new “Entre Tanta Gente Summer Tour” in Spain. This series of 12 concerts will take him to the country’s most important festivals and some of its most important venues. With this, he consolidates his connection with the Spanish public and reaffirms his status as one of the most influential figures of Latin pop at a global level. Additional dates to be announced soon. More information at sebastianyatra.com.
