Annasofia, Latin GRAMMY® Best New Artist Nominee, Announces Exclusive Miami Showcase
Colombian artist, songwriter, and producer Annasofia recently nominated for the Latin GRAMMY® 2025 Best New Artist award will host an intimate showcase this Thursday, October 2, at Art House Studios in Miami, presenting her highly anticipated new EP Primer Intento.
The showcase marks another milestone in what has been a defining month for Annasofia, solidifying her as one of Latin music’s most promising new voices.
From UNESCO Mondiacult to Miami’s Art House Studios
Just one day before the Miami showcase, Annasofia will take the stage at UNESCO Mondiacult 2025 in Spain as part of Amplificarte, an initiative that uses music to promote conversations around mental health and emotional intelligence in schools and universities. Her performance at Mondiacult not only elevates her visibility on a global platform but also positions her at the heart of critical conversations about the future of music and culture.
Hours later, she will arrive in Miami to share her artistry in a more personal setting at Art House Studios, the creative hub led by multi-GRAMMY-winning producer Julio Reyes Copello. This performance will showcase the music from Primer Intento—a project that blends traditional Latin influences with modern sounds, highlighting Annasofia’s unique ability to merge authenticity with innovation.
A Rising Star on Prestigious Stages
This month, Annasofia also captivated audiences at the ¡Ataca Sergio! Festival de la Salsa at Miami’s Kaseya Center, where she opened for Sergio George, performing tracks like “Humo”, “Lo Dejo Fluir”, “Déjame Intentar”, and a salsa version of “Gracias Remix”, produced by George himself.
