The world’s most iconic cumbia band, Los Ángeles Azules, is crossing borders once again this time bringing their unmistakable rhythm to some of Europe’s most legendary stages. For the first time in their career, the group from Iztapalapa will perform in Madrid, Berlin, London, and Zaragoza, the latter as part of the Vive Latino Españafestival.

This historic tour marks a turning point in Latin music, proving that cumbia is no longer confined to Latin America, it’s a global movement.

The European dates are set for September and promise unforgettable nights of music and culture:

  • September 5 – Zaragoza, Spain (Vive Latino España)
  • September 6 – Madrid, Spain (Palacio de Vistalegre)
  • September 8 – Berlin, Germany (Uber Eats Music Hall)
  • September 10 – London, England (Troxy)

Music is a universal language that unites people; you don’t need to understand the lyrics, you just need to feel the joy in your heart that spreads when you listen to our cumbias,” said the band. “We are very happy and grateful to cross borders and bring this special rhythm to Europe.

This international leap comes at a defining moment for Los Ángeles Azules. Their recent single “Yo Me Lo Busqué”featuring Thalía dominated viral charts in both Mexico and the United States. Following that success, they dropped “Una Nada Más” with Kenia Os, a track already surpassing 7.9 million YouTube views.

Earlier this year, the band also made history by performing at two of the biggest music festivals in Latin America: Lollapalooza Argentina and Vive Latino México.

What makes Los Ángeles Azules timeless is their ability to reinvent themselves through collaborations across genres. From working with Ha*Ash, Natalia Lafourcade, Juanes, Ximena Sariñana, Emilia, and María Becerra, to their most recent release “Carteras Chinas” with Elena Rose and Camilo, the group continues to prove that cumbia is as relevant as ever.

By blending tradition with modern sounds, Los Ángeles Azules are not only preserving the legacy of cumbia but also ensuring it thrives with new audiences worldwide.

Cumbia has long been a soundtrack of celebration in Latin America, but now it’s becoming a global cultural export. Los Ángeles Azules’ first-ever European tour is more than just a concert series, it’s a statement that Latin music knows no boundaries.

As they prepare to light up stages across Europe, one thing is clear: the rhythm of cumbia is unstoppable, and Los Ángeles Azules are leading the way.
