FARRUKO Launches “CARBON ARMOR SCOOTER,” HIS MOTORCYCLE LINE IN NATIVE PUERTO RICO
As the saying goes, “God’s timing is perfect,” and for international music icon Farruko, this year has seen one of his most cherished dreams come to life: the official launch of Carbon Armor Scooter, his own line of motorcycles, straight from his native Puerto Rico. This bold new venture blends speed, adrenaline, and passion with entrepreneurial vision and spiritual purpose.
On May 10, Farruko unveiled the second generation of his exclusive, limited-edition scooters during a successful launch event held at Generators and More PR (GM Power Equipment) in western Puerto Rico. The event drew fans, motorcycle enthusiasts, local media, and loyal supporters of the artist, all bearing witness to the beginning of a brand-new chapter in the singer’s career.
“Thank you, Puerto Rico, for the support you’ve given me with these bikes. Above all, I’m grateful to GOD for the good things happening in my life. The glory is Yours, Lord. Thank you!” expressed Farruko (Carlos Efrén Reyes Rosado) emotionally during the presentation.
Carbon Armor Scooter was born from a deep personal connection to Farruko’s childhood, where he recalls growing up surrounded by engines, cars, and gas stations.
“I’ve loved motorcycles since I was little. I was raised in a car workshop. My grandfather owned a gas station. I’ve been around this world since I was a kid. But, of course, music is what got me ahead in life—it was my first dream,” Farruko shared.
This new business venture means much more to Farruko than just commerce. It represents a personal and spiritual evolution. “I’m a fan of adrenaline and speed,” he noted, explaining that reconnecting with old passions while reinventing himself has been essential in this new phase.
The artist also opened up about how a temporary pause in his music career—brought on by emotional challenges—became a moment of deep reflection that led to unexpected opportunities.
“I might not have had the time to think about how to diversify and step into an entrepreneurial role doing something I love. Everything stems from the decision I made to change my life. That pause opened new doors, and one of those blessings is the chance to create these scooters,” said Farruko.
